Free Shipping

Orders $75 and over ship free.

Shipping Carrier and Delivery Times

We ship all orders via UPS.
Standard delivery typically are delivered within 7 business days once your order is on the way.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days before shipment. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is moving.

Returns

We want you to love your gear. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have all original tags attached. Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, email hello@pineopsoutdoors.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you the next steps within 2 business days

Refunds

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’ve got you.
Email hello@pineopsoutdoors.com with your order number and what you’d like instead, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, reach out right away.
Email hello@pineopsoutdoors.com with your order number and a few photos of the issue.
We’ll make it right whether that’s a replacement or a full refund.
